Description

This rear lens cap is modelled on the original GK-R1 and serves as a replacement for your Contax G equipment. It is precisely made for the lenses in the series that do not have a rear element protruding deeply into the body. The cap effectively protects the bayonet and rear lens during transport or storage.

Compatibility

Suitable for the following Carl Zeiss T* lenses of the Contax G system:

  • Planar 35mm f/2.0
  • Planar 45mm f/2.0
  • Sonnar 90mm f/2.8
  • Vario-Sonnar 35–70mm f/3.5–5.6

Note: Not suitable for Biogon 21mm, Biogon 28mm or Hologon 16mm (these require the deeper GK-R2 design).
