Description

The Minolta XM (or XK) is known as a professional system camera for its modularity. But this strength also brings risks: as soon as you remove the viewfinder to change it or store the camera, the fine focusing screen is left unprotected and exposed. Our focusing screen cover securely clicks into place instead of the viewfinder and protects the camera’s interior.

The viewfinder cover acts as a classic eyepiece cap. Especially during long exposures on a tripod, when you’re not looking through the viewfinder, stray light can disturb the sensitive exposure metering of the XM. This clip provides a simple solution.
